Downstairs houses the spacious open plan living area, consisting of the formal lounge with magnificent views, separate TV lounge with same views, open-plan dining & kitchen area with same views and separate scullery. There are folding sliding doors from the dining area onto the covered wooden deck overlooking the sea. All living areas are enclosed with large windows facing the spectacular views. The outside entertaining area and swimming pool with sun loungers lead off the dining area. There is a guest toilet on this level. All bedrooms are upstairs. Master & 2nd bedroom both face directly onto the beach with access to a 2nd covered patio/reading area overlooking same views. The master en-suite is spacious and has a wonderful glass feature window on either side of the bath overlooking the sea views.
